Independence, Bias and Conflicts in International Commercial Arbitration


You are  invited to attend the third event in 2018 of the International Arbitration Series, a joint initiative of the CIArb Australia and Federal Court of Australia. To be held in Sydney, the seminar will be broadcast across Australia via the FCA court network.

Addressed by a distinguished chair and panel, the topics of the seminar will focus on Independence, Bias and Conflicts in International Commercial Arbitration
