Business attire for both conference and cocktail networking reception.

The conference attracts 6.5 CPD points.

Accommodation

Dietary Requirements

The hotel's signature restaurant, Eden's Table will host the conference lunch and cater for morning and afternoon breaks and conference networking reception.  If you have special dietary requirements, please ensure you note these  when you register online.

Travel Arrangements and Visas

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. It is recommended that you check your visa requirements with your local Embassy or Consulate. We are unable to send out letters supporting visa applications to Embassies prior to receipt of your registration and full payment of registration fees. Please apply for your visa in good time.

Conference Delegates’ List

If you wish to NOT appear on the delegate list, please contact Gordon Tan, Executive Assistant via info@ciarb.net.au  The list will be available to delegates on conference day.

Cancellation and Refund

Any cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to Gordon Tan, Executive Assistant via info@ciarb.net.au on or before 18 October 2019.  A charge of 50% of the registration fee (plus 10% administration charge) will be charged for cancellations received in writing.    Should you not be able to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra charge.

Marketing/Sponsorship Opportunities 

There are various opportunities available including advertising in the souvenir full colour A4 conference book, exhibitor and general sponsorship.  No individual or organisation may display or distribute publicity material or other printed matter during the conference unless by prior arrangement with the conference administrator.
